Scope

Full MEP fit-out of 14,000 sq ft of shell space for a multi-specialty clinic on the second floor. Scope includes new rooftop units, exam-room plumbing rough-in, medical gas provisions, and a service upgrade to 800A. Existing roof to be patched at every new penetration. Drawings and the mechanical schedule are issued with the invitation.
